Study on MPPT Algorithm Based on an Efficient Hybrid Conjugate Gradient Method in a Photovoltaic System

An MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) plays a vital role in photovoltaic(PV) power generation system. Applying the optimum is significant way to achieve an efficient PV The methods’ efficiency counts on two factors, including perturbation period and amplitude. Nevertheless, realizing photovoltaic array very hard when natural conditions change, especially for temperature light intensity. This paper proposed new method based Conjugate Gradient (CG) address problem of reasonable considering both dynamic steady-state performance some existing algorithms. Meanwhile, presented algorithm can effectively adjust output cells by controlling boost DC/DC converter. Finally, experimental simulation results show system quickly get maximum point have performance.
